When assembling, do not use electric screwdrivers as these tend to strip the plastic – a standard phillips screwdriver with a magnetic tip is best for this purpose. Keep in mind also that some details like color of wires or minor differences in packaging from those on videos and pictures are normal as manufacturer changes and improves product over time.

Frequently Asked Questions

How Many Hours Should I Charge It?

Once assembled and it turns on, charge for 12 hrs first time (before use). Thereafter, charge for 6-12 hrs, according to usage.

I just assembled it and put it charging but it's not turning on. Why?

If you just assembled it, turn it on and test it before charging. If it does not turn on, do NOT put it charging. Most likely, wiring is not fully hooked up to batteries. Remove battery covers and verify they are properly connected.

I just assembled it and put it charging. Car works while hooked up to charger but does not work when I unplug charger. Why?

This issue is related to the one above. Again, if you just assembled it, turn it on and test it before charging. If it does not turn on, do NOT put it charging. Most likely, wiring is not fully hooked up to batteries. Remove battery covers and verify they are properly connected and spade connectors on batteries are snug (not loose).
